new user page layout

I've started work on the new user page layout. You'll find the ability to swap under the Edit Settings part of the User Area, those it doesn't actually do anything yet.

The new style page for those who wish it can see it here as i'm working on it. Please note it will only work on my page, you can't change the user at the moment

bandwidth for me isn't a problem, i have over 500gb bandwidth a month. Its mainly for people who have slow internet connections or have it shared between several computers (like me). Each page loads quicker

I think it's great! There's less loading time so it's much more easier on bandwidth?
